Job description:

Candidates must have:

In depth knowledge of enterprise information architecture analysis and design, systems analysis, data modeling, data warehouse design and development, and IT policy and standards development, and test strategies;

Significant experience leading Business Intelligence engagements;

Solid facilitation skills

Experience estimating and scheduling activities related to business process analysis and Business Intelligence engagements

Knowledge of different methodologies for performing business process redesign activities

Ability to mentor internal and client staff

Ability to understand and work with technical experts to ensure that the technical architecture and applications support the desired Business Intelligence system

In depth knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and systems including balanced scorecards and data extract and load tools

Must have knowledge and experience with Hyperion Solutions' (now Oracle) BI tool;

Knowledge of databases, data marts, and data warehouses.

Candidates must be able to communicate at the VP, SrVP, and CxO levels.

The territory of the Washington Business Unit includes the states of Maryland, North Carolina, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Therefore, the willingness and ability to travel is required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred.

Ten or more years of experience in information system design, software engineering, or operating systems programming.
