Job Description
1) Identify opportunities for cross selling and up-selling from the first citizen base and design and implement campaign to achieve the same2) Efficient and effective management of spends to maximize ROI of the campaigns run3) Liaise with different teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of retention, cross selling and up-selling initiatives4) Manage and implement loyalty campaigns to ensure retention of existing first citizens5) Responsible for running the first update magazine as a profit centerResponsible for managing the gold program an exclusive relationship program for the premium gold tier of the first citizen program6) Responsible for customer complaint resolution from first citizen members7) Responsible for achievement of first citizen revenue programs
