Project Manager or Customer Service Manager
Description
Our Project Managers provide overall hands-on administrative management for installation projects that includes scheduling, quoting, awarding contracts, permitting, logistics, communications and on-site tracking. They are also responsible for the continual monitoring of each project to ensure it meets or exceeds standards in terms of budget, deadlines and quality. Initiate and maintain liaison with client and internal departments.
Experience:
Project Management or Construction Management (Minimum 3 years of experience) or Customer Service Manager
Ability to read blueprints
Managing multiple projects
Working directly with clients / Customer Service
Finding ways to meet seemingly impossible deadlines
Working well under pressure in a fast-paced, fluid environment with ever changing priorities
Proven communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
Requirements

Qualifications include:
4 year degree
5+ years as a project manager
Must be able to read blueprints
Must have thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary is commensurate with experience.
